Former projects: As NASG, the group coordinated the IGCP457 (2001-2006) project “Seismic Hazard and Risk Assessment in North Africa” and participated in the IGCP 382 “Seismotectonics and Seismic Hazard Assessment in the Mediterranean Basin” and the IGCP 414 “Realistic Modelling of Seismic Input for Megacities and Large Urban Areas”.

New projects: NAGET is involved in two important projects:

1. IGCP project 601 "Seismotectonics and seismic hazards in Africa"
2. The GEM regional program for Africa
